Established in 2008, we work predominately with small to medium sized law firms.  We have built strong working relationships with law firms across England and Wales.  We have over 8000 firms of Solicitors on our database covering all counties.

We will discuss the vacancy with you and learn about the qualities you seek in your staff.  We will ask about the role and duties as well as the working hours, holidays, flexibility in working style, potential for career development etc and any other benefits you offer your employees.

We advertise vacancies across multiple platforms and maintain a healthy candidate database.

We know that when selecting candidates, it is often difficult to meet all the criteria you have requested.  Our in depth registrations allow us to provide you with candidates that are a good match as well as aiming to find those that meet a number of your “ideals” giving you the biggest pool of talent to select from. 

We will give you a brief outline of the candidate and explain why we think they might be a good fit for you.

Payment Terms

We offer a choice of payment terms – the rates are the same but you have a choice on when you pay!

Phased Payments

We are committed to getting the right fit for you and consequently these terms give us the opportunity to share the responsibility of the recruit with you.

By chosing Phased Payments the fee is divided into 12 equal monthly payments.  Not only is this great for cash flow but but also ensures you only pay for the service you have received.   We work hard to ensure we have selected the very best of candidates for you, but for all kinds of reasons, sometimes things go wrong.  If our candidate leaves your employment during the first 12 months, for any reason, all you need to do is to let us know and your invoices will cease.  Your obligation will be up to the last invoice raised.
