Natalie commenced her career in Recruitment in 2001. Developing an interest in Legal Recruitment, she branched out and opened Magenta Consulting & Recruitment Ltd with her fellow Director, Nigel Danton, in 2008. Natalie enjoys continuous personal development and has obtained a BA (Hons) in English Literature and an REC Diploma in Recruitment. She is acutely aware that changing jobs can be a difficult time and shows kindness and compassion throughout the process. She is committed to finding the right ‘fit’ for both candidates and clients alike. She works hard to ensure she makes the right matches.
